Director

David Lambert

David is the director of DSL Property Developers. He was born in England where he studied and trained in management.
He moved to the USA in his mid-twenties and worked as a manager of a real estate development company.  In that role, he controlled professional teams conducting high-end residential building and renovation work.
 
In addition to property development, David is also knowledgable in property investment.  He has successfully flipped many residential properties in short periods of time and has built a portfolio of rental properties for long term investments.  Thus, David
is able to offer his clients advice on property investment to consider in conjunction with their development needs and goals.
While David has been in the property development industry for over 12 years, he brings fresh energy and enthusiasm, as well as his own personal sense of style, to every new project.
